Understanding You Vision - In your first meeting with KyteCon, a welcoming and insightful conversation focused on your needs will take place. This meeting's goal is to gain clarity on your vision, discuss possible challenges, consider the solutions, and outline the next steps for a fruitful collaboration.
2. Planning & Design
Defining Scope and Budget - Depending on the scope of your project, budget, and needs we will start to assemble a skilled team of architects, engineers, and designers. Once we've completed your drawings we can start to prepare the budget for your project. If you already have your own team we are always open to building new relationships within the industry.
3. Approvals and Permits
We Handle the Red Tape - We work along side the architects/engineers and collaborate with your particular municipality to gain all the necessary permits and approvals on your behalf. This process can take several months depending on the scope of your projects and the capacity of the municipality.
4. The Build Phase
Communication, Craftsmanship, and Execution - During the build portion of the process is where we shine as a company. From the moment we start, to the hand over of your keys, we excel by maintaining clear consistent communication.
